UPDATE OCTOBER 2022
Written by Don Thomson 3 | 5th Oct 2022
I reviewed these notes in October 2022. The link to Easytide has been edited to take you to a website that covers Eire. Everything else is unchanged - except that we note that showers are considered an "extra" and you have to buy tokens for them!
UPDATE SUMMER 2021

I reviewed these notes in August 2021. The links to Atlantic Services have changed and I have added a video of the Bay. Prices remain the same.
Update Summer 2019

These notes were reviewed in July 2019 (just after the comment below) There are no changes to the notes - the general overcrowding comments still stand and if using a mooring it's a long row. I've uploaded new charts.

Atlantic Boat Services who manage the pontoon can be contacted on 00353872562948.
Best to let them know if you want the pontoon as it gets busy. €20 plus €5 for electric.
Great music outside the pub/hotel.

Thick fog rolled in as we approached so we had to rely on the electronic plotter. Fortunately it was a little better visibility inside.
UPDATE APRIL 2017

I tried to review these notes in April 2017 but was unable to contact the local authorities on the numbers they(and we) supply.

These notes were reviewed by Don in April 2015. The overnight price for the Atlantic Services pontoon remains the same and they have now built an amenities block.
