Returns and Refund policies

On all of the services and products we make, we offer a 30 day "No Quibble"  money back guarantee. We are keen for you to try our products and services.  If for any reason at all you do not want what you have purchased:

Simply pack it up carefully and return it to us by SIGNED FOR DELIVERY at your own expense. Make sure you include any packing notes, pink slips, etc.  Enclose a covering note with your name, address and date of original purchase. You do NOT have to give any reason.

We will refund your whole purchase price inc. your original postage charge, the same working day we receive your returned item. Note we can't refund Special Delivery charges if you choose guaranteed next day delivery at extra cost.

What items are covered by this guarantee ?  Basically anything that won't leave you with a fully working product after we've refunded you !

What we will not refund on:

Software products that YOU have already installed and registered (unlocked) to a machine.  Do not register products till you have tested them to your satisfaction.

Downloaded software that you have already registered/unlocked
