Called in here for overnight late June 2023. Very quiet except for watersports activities. Swimmers, rowers sups and more in outer harbour. Sailing club wasn't open. No toilets discovered. Convenient timbers along east pier make mooring alongside easy with ladders to get up to the pier. Some fishing boat activity in morning. Love the paintings of visiting ships all along the pier wall. Could not find a harbour office. Maybe it's up river somewhere.

UPDATE SUMMER 2021
Written by Don Thomson 3 | 16th Sep 2021
I reviewed these notes in September 2021. Basically they haven't changed anything; there's been a slight increase in the commercial traffic and their visiting yacht dues remain at 15 Euros per night.

These notes were reviewed by Don in April 2015. Note that there is no Round Ireland race this year, the next one is in 2016. They have not made any increase in their charges for visiting yachts
