We were unable to contact any person on the ground responsible for the day to day running of this harbour in August of this year so can only assume that there is no one employed as HM here at the moment.

I reviewed these notes in April 2017. I managed to contact the HM!!! I've explained that situation in the Berthing Section above. Nothing has changed here, take it as you find it.
