Hazards

Carreg Glayn Rocks half a mile down the coast from the harbour entrance and the Sarn Cadwgan shoals half a mile North of the entrance. The last couple of hundred yards of the channel to harbour mouth bounded by drying sands.

Tidal Data Times & Range

HW Aberaeron is HW Milford +0140 and is about 2m less than Milford. The harbour dries at LW and is only accessible 1.5 hours either side of HW.

I reviewed these notes in September 2022. I tried without success to contact the HM here and am hoping to get more information later.

I reviewed these notes in August 2021. Very little has changed apart from the HM and the new one seems unfamiliar with the idea of visiting yachts.

The only change is to the price. The garage remains open for auto diesel and petrol.
