Technical support policy
We’re more than happy to help with technical issues during the first 12 to 18 months after purchase.
We do ask customers to play fair. These are not expensive products, and it’s not reasonable to expect support for issues that suddenly appear with a VMH product bought many years ago. For example, something purchased in 2012 that has worked perfectly until a recent change caused a problem.
